Rooftop solar in Chhattisgarh
From our corporate office in Raipur we design and install rooftop solar for homes, businesses, institutions and industries across Chhattisgarh. We are empanelled with CSPDCL, so eligible homes can also claim the PM Surya Ghar subsidy.
Who we install for
- Homes: on-grid systems sized to your CSPDCL bill, eligible for central and state subsidy under PM Surya Ghar.
- Shops, offices and institutions: systems that cover daytime loads such as air conditioning, lighting and equipment.
- Industries: larger rooftop plants delivered as complete Solar EPC projects, from design and procurement to installation and commissioning.
We serve the whole state, including Raipur, Bhilai-Durg, Bilaspur, Korba, Rajnandgaon and Raigarh.
On-grid or hybrid?
On-grid systems connect to the CSPDCL grid through a net meter. Solar power runs your home or business first, and any extra is exported to the grid and adjusted in your bill. It is the most economical choice, but for safety it switches off during a power cut.
Hybrid systems add batteries, so selected loads keep running during outages. They cost more, and suit places with frequent power cuts or critical loads.
Sizing your system
| Monthly consumption | Suggested size |
|---|---|
| Up to 150 units | 1–2 kW |
| 150–300 units | 2–3 kW |
| Above 300 units | Above 3 kW |
Each kilowatt needs roughly 10 square metres (about 100 sq ft) of shade-free roof. For businesses, we size from your load pattern and sanctioned load rather than these household ranges.
Designed for Chhattisgarh's conditions
- Hot summers: panels lose some efficiency as they heat up, so we raise the mounting structure for airflow underneath.
- Dust: dry months leave dust on the panels, which cuts output. We plan safe access for regular cleaning with water.
- Strong sunshine: we face and tilt the panels for the best year-round generation and check for shade from water tanks, parapets and nearby buildings.
How installation works
- Site survey: roof, shading, structure and your electricity bills.
- System design and quotation with the panel and inverter options.
- Net-metering application with CSPDCL, and the PM Surya Ghar application for eligible homes.
- Installation of the mounting structure, panels, inverter, earthing and protection.
- CSPDCL inspection, net meter installation and commissioning.
- Handover, a cleaning and maintenance guide, and after-sales support.
Brands we work with
Solar panels: Saatvik, Waaree, Adani, Tata, ReNew, Emmvee, Avaada, Websol, Eastman, Kosol.
Inverters: Waaree, Havells, Polycab, Deye, Selec, Microtek.
We recommend a combination based on your roof, budget and whether you need battery backup.

Frequently asked questions
How much electricity does 1 kW of rooftop solar generate?
As a rough guide, 1 kW of panels in central India produces around 4 units a day on average across the year. Actual output depends on the season, shading, the tilt and direction of the panels and how clean they are. We estimate generation for your specific roof during the site survey.
Does solar work during the monsoon?
Yes, but output drops on cloudy days. An on-grid system simply draws more from the grid on those days and exports more on sunny days, and net metering balances this over your billing cycle.
Can businesses and factories in Chhattisgarh install rooftop solar?
Yes. Shops, offices, hospitals, schools and factories that use most of their power during the day usually save the most. PM Surya Ghar subsidy does not apply to them, so we size these systems purely on load and savings.
How long do solar panels last?
Solar panels are built to last decades, and most module makers offer long performance warranties, often 25 years or more. Exact warranty terms depend on the brand and model, and we share them with your quote.
